  • Send us an Email for getting Proforma Invoice of the desired product.
  • Based on the Proforma, you can make different modes of payment - NEFT, Cheque / Cash Deposit, etc. Our bankers are HDFC & State Bank Of India.
  • Issue a Purchase order in favour of M/S. ARIHANT MARKETING, CHENNAI. Please mention any specific details if required by You in the PO itself. If you cannot make a PO, You can ask our Support staff for assistance, They will assist you in this area.
  • Once payment is credited to our account, the order will be processed by our Despatch team and send the material through TNT or DTDC or Professional courier or EMS, assuring you timely delivery. Dont forget to provide any Specific Instruction if you have. We will take fullest care to meet your requirements.
  • You will have rights to claim 1yr warranty on our product against our Warranty card which will be sent alongwith the product. For Warranty terms, please read our warranty statement.

During the warranty period MAXSELL will repair or at its option replace at no charge, components that prove to be defective, provided that the machine is returned to a service centre authorized by MAXSELL. The warranty period shall begin from the date of installation or 15 days from the date of shipment to the buyer whichever occurs first. The warranty period is 12 months (Subject to Products) from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply if the machine has been damaged by accident or misuse exposed to radioactive or corrosive materials, or as a result of service or modification by other than an authorized MAXSELL service centre a properly completed warranty registration card must be received by MAXSELL within 30 days from date of purchase to initiate coverage under the warranty. No other expenses are given by MAXSELL. MAXSELL shall not be liable for any consequential damages.

  • Service manager: We have dedicated service manager who ensures quality of service to the customer in the event any service issue arises. Various levels of escalation and trouble shooting is being controlled and managed by our service manager & his team.
  • Telephonic trouble shoot: In the event of any issue that arises in performance or functioning of the machine we provide telephonic trouble shooting to you. A service contact sticker is affixed on each machine to make it easy for the customer to reach our dedicated service helpline.
  • Video helpline: As most of our products are being used widely across the country, to provide service in each location is not conducive. Hence we offer convenient service options. We offer videos (on YouTube) in solving several petty issues, which can be easily solved by the user himself with the use of some very common tools like screw driver. This ensures that the user solves the problem within minutes with support from our service engineer both via video and their telephonic troubleshooting. 80% of the service issues that arise are solved in this method.
  • Local service network: In the event of non solution of problem by above means such as telephonic support or video helpline support, we have 100+ dealer locations across India who have complete infrastructure and our dealers will come into action to sort the problem with option for both offsite or onsite service.
  • Our service lab: If the customer is in totally out of our network area, then they can opt to send the machine to Chennai or nearest service lab. At times our engineers are also on the move across various locations and we can use this option also.

The machines are well checked before dispatch; hence the problem is very rare and negligible. However in the event of poor transportation methods or handling, we will still provide you best in class service to sort the problems at the earliest.

Generally new machines for atleast 3 years do not show up trouble, however our service system is available across India to help you sort problems whenever they arise.

Fake notes can ruin your reputation, besides direct losses, legal issues arise out of tricky situations. Fake notes are smart and they just do as much harm to your business. It’s high time we know how to know the Fakes.

Fake notes come from different sources and have deviations that are variable based on sources and period of printing. There are several parameters that has been ingrained in genuine currency, but growing technology access to Fake note producers is making difficult for us to identify fake.

We have emphasized on various parameters of currency and found that giving a formidable idea about Fake notes can help you choose right product.

Fake notes are two types - Basic & Super fakes.
Basic fakes are normally fabricated on photo quality papers, copier papers or butter papers which usually give a discriminating look on visual inspection. These notes can be identified by Maxsell machines equipped with UV detection facility. They are in reasonable circulation in the market.

Here are some deviations that can be found in various types of fake notes:

  • In most Fake note Gandhi watermark is not greyish, but it will be like a sketch
  • In Some fake notes the security thread will be missing
  • In some fake notes there will be two security thread imprints - thick and thin (not visible under normal conditions)
  • In most fake notes MG code will be absent or volatile
  • In most fake notes serial no print will vary in size, distance between character and clarity in printing
  • In most fake notes the note used will be thicker than usual
  • In some fake notes the print will be in different shade and could be found only with comparison with genuine note
  • In most fake notes micro print will be misaligned (not visible in normal conditions)

Depending on the source of origin the notes will have deviation; it can have more than one deviation also in the same fake. However all of these above features are hard to detect and even though if they are observed for the above, its time consuming process and at times leave the user confused in taking decision.

Super fakes are nightmare. With growing circulation of super fakes and due to availability of super technology, fabricating super fakes seems possible and it exists in every corner of the country. They look like original, feel like original and have most features that are found in original notes. These notes are very difficult to discriminate even by currency experts. These currencies bear almost all security features including - Intaglio printing, Fluorescence printing, Watermark printing, Micro printing, etc. They have very minute differentiation in printing intensity from that of original which is precisely read and formulated by our advanced detection technology systems and thus discriminated between genuine and suspicious notes. Problems might crop up with scribbled notes; misprint defective notes are used for testing, We have still isolated it by focusing our testing process on critical areas of currency, so that even poor and deformed currency can be tested in its maximum efficiency. With very meticulously designed software, detection technique has been most ideal for Indian currency and conditions.

Knowing misprint, defective & fake:

  • Misprint is normally a slight deviation in printing output like misaligned printing, diluted print impressions, etc.
  • Defective notes are normally severely wash notes, scribbled notes, holed notes, cut notes, etc.
  • Fake notes are normally regarded as suspicious notes as no one can legally authenticate or validate any currency as fake, as only authorized personnel from government are entitled to term fake notes as so by carrying on various tests or due inspection of the said currency. Hence all our instruments terms the fake notes as suspicious notes vide special error code shown on the display of the instrument & additional alarm to firmly identify suspicious note.

Maxsell has introduced Bank Mode feature in MX50i Turbo. This feature helps especially banks to sort currency notes printed prior 2005 in denominations of Rs. 1000, Rs. 500 & Rs. 100. As per RBI notification in 2012, banks are called for stopping circulation of old version currencies. These notes are very much valid but are to be stopped from circulation to public. Thus it's a Herculean task for Banks to sort such currency everyday by sorting 100s and 1000s of currency packets every day. With Maxsell MX50i Turbo Bank Mode function, now banks can quickly and easily sort old version currency. Now who needs a sorter to do all this?

In case the rejected suspicious, defective by misprint or scribbled note and spoiled or washed note continuously gets rejected when repeatedly tested on the machine for re-verification, it could be regarded as fake note, if its returned everytime and however if it passes sometimes, it can be regarded as genuine but defective.

Based on several hundreds and thousands samples we evolved and designed a unique technique for our Indian currency, which is quite vulnerable due to the varied note conditions. But however we cracked the code to discriminate between the good & fake note by using some high precision sensor and software programme based on different currency conditions and reading out the most micro prints on sensitive area very sharply. The success of our Truscan comes due to the highly qualified embedded software, thus the instrument is cost effective and fully efficient in its task.
